Privacy
How your application is handled.
This note covers the application form for the AI Founders Circle and the Private AI Partnership.
What is collected
Only what you type into the form: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number if you give one, your company name and website if you give one, your role and ownership, industry, what your business sells, monthly revenue band, team size if you give it, your answers about the problem you want to solve, what you have tried with AI and the time you can give each week, whether you will build hands-on, whether you have or will get an AI coding subscription, whether you can give AI tools access to your company’s data and whether you decide on joining alone, which program interests you, and the two confirmations you tick. The date and time of your application are recorded with it.
This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Your IP address is not stored. To stop abuse and repeat applications, a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of it is kept for about 90 days and removed by a monthly cleanup, so within four months at most, and a security check run by Cloudflare, which hosts this site, confirms that a person is sending the form (Cloudflare handles that check, including your IP address, under its own Turnstile privacy notice). After you send the form, your browser remembers only the date it was sent, so the page can show “Application sent”; it stores none of your answers, and clearing this site’s data in your browser, or choosing “Start a new application”, removes it.
Why
To decide whether the program is a good fit for you and to contact you about your application. It is not used for marketing lists, and it is never sold or shared.
Who sees it
Only Dien Limano. Applications are kept in a private database that only Dien can open.
How long it is kept
Until a decision is made and for up to 12 months after it, so that Dien can contact you if a place opens: declined and wait-listed applications are removed by a monthly cleanup once 12 months have passed since their last update, so within about 13 months at most. An accepted application is kept while your place is arranged. If you join, your application, membership details, payment records and notes are kept while you are a member and afterwards as Dien’s membership and payment records. Backups of the database expire within 30 days, so a deleted application can remain in a backup for up to 30 days before it is gone.
Asking to see, correct or delete it
You can ask for a copy of your application, a correction, or for it to be deleted at any time. Email [email protected], or reply to any email you receive from Dien about your application, and say what you would like. If you have not joined, your application is deleted from the database within 30 days of your request; backups that may still hold it expire within 30 days after that. If you have joined, your membership and payment records are kept as described above, and Dien will tell you exactly what is kept.
